1000 Island & Upper Canada Village day trip from Montreal. We will leave Montreal at 7:00am, for the Upper Canada village which will show you the real Canadian life in 1860s. You will wonder at the blacksmith, the baker and the cheesemaker as they go about their daily chores using authentic historic tools! You will see the original old cottage, water-powered wood plant, a steam-driven mills, bakeries, spinning & weaving, blacksmith, cobbler shop, and much more. After lunch, we will visit the Thousand Islands: a region that includes a set of natural areas, water field, islands, wetlands and shorelines. The ideal way to take in the magnificent natural surroundings is by taking the 1000 Island cruise. We will leave the Thousand Islands around 5:00pm, and arrive in Montreal around 7:30pm.
