What To Expect
Heading out for an exciting exploration of the peaceful city of Essaouira, a former Portuguese port listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Morocco in 2001. We will be travelling through the Atlas mountains and stopping off for coffee breaks at Berber villages and visits to Argan oil co-operatives - with a chance to spot some "flying goats" scaling trees looking for fresh nuts. Once arrived in Essaouira, enjoy free time to explore the walls, docks and Medina, followed by lunch. Then it's off again - this time towards Marrakech where you'll check into your hotel located close to Jamaa El Fana, giving you time to experience the night life and street food vendors after dark. The next morning breakfast is provided before meeting up with your local tour guide for a three hour walking tour of Marrakech visiting Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque and Jamaa El Fana famous Square. After lunch there is free time to explore Souk market streets before setting off back to Agadir around 8pm.
