In this christmas culinary course, you will embark on an adventure into the dark and cold Scandinavian winter. A christmas culinary adventure that will open new doors to flavors and techniques topped with a taste of Swedish christmas. The only qualifications needed are a love for food and the desire to learn about cooking. The course gets its inspiration from the Swedish christmas (Jul) with tastes and smells from the famous christmas table`Julbord´.
With the help of your Swedish host, you´ll discover the unique flavours of Swedish Christmas while learning about traditional ways of life. As part of this you will visit the old style Swedish village of Fryksås as well as a Christmas market. A tradtional Christmas dinner (Julbord) is also included in the experience.
