What To Expect

You will be picked up from your hotel in Luxor and taken to the West Bank to visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, a striking monument of Egypt's female ruler who posed as a male in order to acquire the throne. You will have a light lunch (falafel sandwich or Koshry) during your stop. Afterwards, you'll be taken to the Valley of the Kings - an ancient necropolis of Thebes and burial site for many kings - where you can explore tombs like Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and AmonhotepII. Additionally, you'll get to see the Colossi of Memnon. At the conclusion of your tour, you will be brought back to your hotel.
