It’s not just pristine beaches and azure waters that make Alanya so special. The city is packed with historic monuments and natural attractions. You’ll tour Alanya Castle by foot and boat, delve into the depths of Dim Cave and have lunch on the banks of the river Dim.
We start off with a journey back in time at Alanya Castle. Dating from the 13th century, it boasts mighty defensive walls, panoramic vistas over land and sea as well as a stunning clifftop location. We’ll then find out more about local customs and watch a pumpkin being turned into a lantern at the Culture House, before heading to the banks of the river Dim for lunch in a picnic restaurant.
You’ll journey deep into Dim Cave where you’ll be surrounded by historic stalactites and stalagmites after which we’ll return back to the centre of Alanya. We’ll end the tour on a high note with a boat trip along the shore to see impressive views of the castle from a new perspective.
