From the tiniest corners of quaint little villages to the teeming-with-life main cities, food is culture. Based on using locally sourced produce, the Khmer cuisine has ample characteristics that share its gastronomical borders with its South-East Asian neighbours.

    Yet, once you’re had a spoon full of deliciousness, it is well understood that a unique foodie paradise lies wedged between Laos, Thailand and Vietnam. To gain an insight into the ingredients and means of preparation, a half-day instruction in the art of Khmer cooking will stimulate all senses.
