This great introduction to archery and scouts is ideal for developing hand eye co-ordination, independence and creativity. This session is 1-1.5 hours of supervised target practice, including all equipment with a very experienced and enthusiastic scouts and archery leader. This experience is a perfect introduction to the sport of Archery. This session will teach your child the basic skills and techniques required to progress over a time span of 1.5 hours. There will be an instructor helping the children and providing supervision at all times. Let them feel the strength of the bow and the speed of the arrow as they fire at a variety of targets developing accuracy each time. The other part of the lesson is scouts, which aims to build and develop young people’s confidence, sense of adventure and outdoor skills, as well as encouraging them to explore and be creative. It offers them the independence to put these skills into practice.
