Athens to Delphi: Hike & History Day Tour is a short but very comprehensive excursion to the “navel of the earth”. A concise guided tour that includes: a visit to the archaeological site, a wonderful hike in the ancient footpath in the fir forested foothills of Mt. Parnassos plus a visit in the village of Arachova famous for its traditional textiles. All this is one day !
Our Athens to Delphi: Hike & History Day Tour, departs from Athens at 08.00 am with a transfer to Delphi.
Upon arrival you will enjoy a a 3 hour hike on the Ancient Footpath. We will do part of the hike – the most beautiful one, that ends on top of the archaeological site. En route we will enjoy a picnic with Greek local ingredients. Having enjoyed your meal and a stroll in the village you will then return to Athens.
