Over that time, I developed literally hundreds of signature recipes across all classes of baking - from pies to cakes to cookies to breads, tortes, cheesecakes and more. Learn the art of great, down-home baking in this fun and informative hands-on experience.
The winter months are a great time for cozy indoor activities, and nothing fits that bill more perfectly! So relax and prepare to enjoy the wonderful smells in this pressure free zone. We’ll have a clinic on pie pastry - from rolling to fluting, and make a pie from scratch for you to take along. We’ll also whip up a few other personal favorites for you to take and to brag about. You might not be a baking expert when you leave, but you will know enough to dazzle your friends and family.
