The staff takes the lead and walks at a slower pace than walking. Meditation time to feel the wind, hear the birds' voices and look at the flowers. Slow walking will unite with nature and make your senses more delicate.
    We will replenish natural energy as a start of a refreshing day, as one united with the heavens, the sea and all nature.
