The mansion erected by patriarch Dario Telles de Menezes in the 19th century currently houses one of the main attractions of the iPark Tourist Complex: Cachaça Museum. In the past, the estate has been the first industrial unit of Ypióca and today it has a complete collection of maps, documents, photos and films, machinery, bottles, agricultural equipment and balsam casks.
The site receives approximately 10,000 visitors per month and is known with one of Ceará's main tourist attractions. The Museum of Cachaça is the rescue of the history of the Ypióca, begun in 1846, which is confused with the trajectory of the brandy in Brazil.
