    An exciting visit to discover the ancient Sardinian dairy tradition.
    A journey to discover the history and secrets of Sardinian pecorino and caprini at Argiolas Formaggi, leader in the sector. During the visit we will show you the different production phases in the places where the Sardinian Pecorinos are born, grow and rest to return the scents of the pastures of our territory.
    Furthermore, a guided tasting of some of our most famous cheeses awaits you, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia.
    At the end of the visit, cheese makers will show you how to prepare the famous Sardinian cheese with your own hands.
    An educational and experiential experience that will allow you to discover the secrets of cheese making and its process step by step, from the coagulation of milk to shaping and salting.
    The guests will then be transformed into master Casari for a day, with the delivery of a certificate as a souvenir.
