    Tiger Leaping Gorge is situated between Lijiang and Shangri-La. It’s about 80km from downtown Lijiang and 100km from Shangri-La. Regarded as the deepest and most beautiful canyon in China, it’s known for its steep. There is one of the 10 classic hiking routes in the world. The mighty Jinsha River flows in the gorge and divides it into 2 parts: the west part belongs to Shangri-La and the east part belongs to Lijiang.
    This is a classic 2-day hiking route starts at the upper section and then ends at the middle section of the gorge. The scenery here is really amazing. You could completely enjoy it during your hiking.
