Overview

The tour aims to showcase a range of contemporary Naples, from its contemporary art museum to the visit of the main underground (art) station. We will start at the Madre Museum (where we shall explore the 10 site-specific installations by international artists featured on the first floor in honor of the city) and continue along "Spaccanapoli" (the road that divides the historic center and is renowned for its artisan shops, eateries and bars, which are integral components of city life). We will then proceed down Via Toledo (one of Naples' main commercial streets) and conclude our journey at the magnificent Toledo subway art station - a true underground gallery of modern art considered one of the most beautiful metro stations in all world.
