Overview

    A professional pizza chef will reveal the secrets of the trade and involve guests in the various stages of preparing pizza dough and focaccia: choice of the various flours, preparation of the ingredients, preparation of the dough for the dough, leavening, laying on the pan, preparation of the condiments .
    Guests will be directly involved with an apron and hands in the dough!
    This experience is to be carried out in addition to the visit to the cellar and the tasting of our Rosato di Nebbiolo DOC, Vespolina DOC, Nebbiolo DOC and Rosso DOC with a welcome Prosecco.
    All wines are served in combination with cold cuts, cheeses, typical products of the area, all fresh and homemade and a selection of pizzas
    previously prepared by the pizza maker.
