The Sigiriya Rock is a climb about 200 meters high and has been a rock fortress throughout the times of history, a well preserved urban development it is. Sigiriya is a moderate climb and gives magnificent views at the summit. Dambulla is a rock cave Buddhist temple which had been dwelled throughout the past by Buddhist monks. The rock climb is an easy climb and the dress code is clothing covering your shoulders and knees. Dambulla also holds an important place in the Buddhist civilization in Sri Lanka.
