day trip to the middle atlas mouuntains and Cedar Forest

Overview

In the morning around 9.30 am, your private driver will meet you at your Riad / hotel, and he will take you through the Middle Atlas Mountains. First, you will enjoy Dayet Aoua, a very big lake inside a national park (1460 m). Ifran, a town often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco, and then continues through the forests to meet a Troup of [macac-]. Lunch will be served in a small town called Azrou (a Berber barbecue or tajine are possible). After lunch, you can visit a small waterfall in Sefrou then visit Bhalil, the troglodyte village where mother Aicha, the owner of the very old winery welcomes you with a mint tea. Finally, return to Fez in the evening.
