Overview

The course will take place on the terrace of a private apartment situated on the 9th floor of a building in the hills surrounding Naples, with an amazing view over the Gulf. I will be there to guide and assist you whilst you make your fresh pasta; most steps are done by hand, though some could be achieved through small domestic machines. After that, you can relax at the table and savor a tasty dinner accompanied by a genuine glass of wine. Aside from those dates and times already established, I am available for alternative timings upon request - just reach out to me.

What To Expect

You will learn to craft fresh pasta from the ground up. Every individual will receive their own portion of dough to work with. Throughout the lesson, we'll be focusing on making pasta with water and flour (the traditional Neapolitan handmade pasta), but if requested by the group, it's possible to also prepare egg pasta. At the conclusion of this experience, you'll be able to make your own pasta at home, equipped with a recipe that will either be handed out to you or emailed over and by remembering all of my tips and tricks. To complete our session together, we'll sit down for a full meal featuring the same freshly made pasta as its main course.
