We start the walking tour from Georgian National Opera Theater named for Zacharia Paliashvili built Neo-Moorish style. The tour will continue to the Liberty Square which is the main square in Tbilisi surrounded mostly by the modern buildings. Later you will walk to old Tbilisi district where you can discover how European, Georgian and Asian cultures are mixed in terms of architecture. We will explore several narrow streets with colorful houses, renowned Sulfur Baths, Peace Bridge, Narikala fortress, the Jumah Mosque, Bethlehem street with typical old houses with wooden balconies, Jean Chardin street, Anchiskhati Basilica dedicated to the VIrgin Mary and several other sights in the old city. The tour will be accompanied by Kate, the host of this unique experience. Kate is a professional restoration and architect historian who will guide you through the beautiful city of Tbilisi.
