I use to travel very often abroad - mostly in the States - and more I travel, more I understand how important is for the people who come from all the World discover the real authentic products and being educated on them! The market is honestly too full of the fake ones! I’m a producer of the authentic DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar - not the easily one that you find at the supermarket - and I’ll tell you its history and why locals love it so much! It’s not born to be a business like many of the others, it represents a great part of our local culture. We will also visit the production of the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, that’s a local family business where no one speaks English and last but not least, the Winery that wonderfully represents the essence of the Made in Modena.
