What To Expect

Full-day tour in Luxor starting at 7:00am includes a pick up from your hotel in Luxor and a transfer by air-conditioned private vehicle to Edfu. Upon arrival, you will visit the majestic Temple of Edfu dedicated to Horus. A box lunch is included before continuing your day tour to Kom Ombo, which is around a 45-minute drive from Eduf. You will be able to see the unique Temple of Kom Ombo standing on high grounds overlooking the Nile as it differs from other temples due to its double entrance honoring “Haroeris” with his falcon head and ” Sobek ” with his crocodile head. In addition, Kom Ombo’s importance lies in its huge sugar-cane production. By 4:00pm you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor accompanied by an experienced guide throughout the whole tour.
