    Meet your friendly local chef, Adriano, in his family-run farmhouse in Parma countryside and let you be guided in a sensorial journey through typical local flavors. You will learn local recipes, such as Tortelli alle erbette: start cooking the fresh herbs and mix them with ricotta for preparing the stuffing for the tortelli. Then, Adriano will show you how to make and pull the dough of pasta fresca, before cutting and filling it for creating your own tortelli.
