An ecological way of life in sustainable communities
Currently, there are still families in Mexico living sustainably, sowing and harvesting their own food and preparing their own food, as they have done for centuries. As part of your expedition through the Sierra Madre, you will have the opportunity to meet one of these families and learn to prepare authentic corn tortillas. You will even have the opportunity to cook your own tortillas!
