(1 Reviews )

Duration

clock2 hours

Overview

Our experiential tour includes an educational workshop on bread making with a prior presentation and description of the company, active in the area for four generations. It all starts with the explanation of the products used, such as: the best local semolina and mother yeast. It continues with the entrance to the laboratory where the master baker will describe the processing techniques: dough, leavening, making the shape of the bread and issuing the stamp type that characterizes the Matera Bread.

During the making of the bread shapes, guests will have the opportunity to put their hands in dough by working and creating their own loaf of bread that at the end of the cooking they can take away with them.

At the end of the process, guests will be able to end this experiential tour with a tasting of typical products in an area where they can comfortably relax.
