    The local workers start working at 12:00 midnight until 9:30am. Therefore we should visit the market at 8:00am to not miss the chance to intermingle with the hard working and polite workers. They are most famous for their unique traditional Japanese way of filleting the Tuna, so do not hesitate to ask about their experiences. We might have the rare opportunity to enter the big TUNA fridge which has a temperature of -40 degrees Celsius and also visit the restaurants which serve the fresh seafood from the fish market.
