Fray Jorge and Valle del Encanto National Park invites lovers of nature, trekking and adventure, to a strenuous day. To the south of La Serena, in the Province of Limarí, is this forest, declared a World Biosphere Reserve, due to the existence of a Valdivian humid forest, in the small north, something strange for the area. One hour travel to the beginning of the park, 3 km. Trekking to the forest, a wonderful view of the coast. We will know its floral species and native fauna. Break. Lunch, to descend and continue the route to the Valley of Enchantment, a site of great archaeological importance, where we will be captivated by rocks scattered with petroglyphs, pictographs and small stones, belonging to the Molle culture, more than 2,000 years old. Picnic sectors will allow us a restful rest. Return to La Serena, to your accommodation places.
