Overview

Embark on an 8-hour tour of the picturesque Mediterranean island of Capri! Start your journey with a 1-hour train ride from Rome to Naples, where you will be welcomed by your guide. Cross over to Capri on a jetfoil before taking a convertible car or minibus along the "Mamma Mia Road" - a narrow route overlooking the sea - and reaching the Blue Grotto, which you will explore inside if weather and sea conditions permit; otherwise, go around the island via shared boat tour and view other caves and "Faraglioni" rocks. Afterwards, make your way to Anacapri for some leisurely strolling through town or take the chairlift up Monte Solaro (the highest point of Capri). Enjoy lunch before ending off at La Piazzetta in Capri's main square with a visit to the Caesar Augustus Gardens. Note that food/drinks are not included.
At conclusion of tour, return to Rome via train.

The Blue Grotto is a famous attraction that requires a rowing boat guided by authorized boatmen to access it. Inside its walls offers an enchanting display with its colors. Monte Solaro has the highest point on the island (589 meters) which provides amazing views of the Gulf of Naples and surrounding areas. From there you can also view the iconic Faraglioni rock peaks with their 100 meter height and central archway. Lastly at Augustus' Gardens there are flower terraces overlooking both the Faraglioni and Bay Marina Piccola as well as Via Krupp.
