Overview

Observing real maple syrup production is a truly Canadian experience. Normally the maple season is from early March until late April, but we can bring you this French Canadian traditional experience all year round. After a All-You-Can-Eat meal include lots of maple syrup, follow the guide for a interpretations of fabrication and history, then have maple taffy on snow. After lunch, you can visit gift shops and enjoy different kinds of maple products before spending the rest of your free time exploring downtown Trois-Rivières. You can shop in the boutiques, or visit the Assumption Cathedral, the mother church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Trois-Rivieres, since the 19th century.
