This is an active day exploring the Wicklow Mountain National Park organised for your group and guided by a qualified Mountain Leader.
08.00 - Meeting at your accommodation , we depart for the Wicklow Mountains.
09.00 - Arriving early, we set off for a 3 to 4 hour hike. This hike will take you through woodland, trail at the scenic foothills of The Wicklow Mountains.
14.00 - Then immerse yourself in Glendalough Valley, learn the geography, history and lore of the area.
17.00 - Time to stop off for a quick pint on our return journey.
18.30 - Arrive back at your accommodation
The drive takes us through the heart of the National Park, which is Irelands largest area of continuous upland. The hike is a mix of forest track, boardwalk and open mountain terrain.
Please come prepared with good walking boots, rain gear, water, snacks and any medication you may require.
Note: Lunch is not included but there will be an opportunity for food during the day
