You'll visit Lake Monona and the summer house and retreat Monona Terrace designed and built by Frank Lloyd Wright. Listen to stories about Bozho, the Lake Monona beast who first took canoers unawares over 150 years ago. Soak up the lake views as you visit the spot where Old Madison jail used to be and hear stories of the inmates who were so scared of the apparitions they saw they begged to move cells. You'll pass by a nightclub whose previous neighbour was a funeral parlour which spooked many band members and nightclub workers.
Starting your tour at Wisconsin Capitol Building your guide will tell you of its history and how a tragic fire in 1904 resulted in the death of several workmen who are still seen to this day. The beautiful old Majestic theatre is next on the list and is where ghosts so real are seen they're often mistaken for people.
Your private tour ends at the Orpheum Theatre, haunted and eerie it's where many sightings and hauntings have been noted.
