Content
This self-defense class in not only something unique and rare in Greece but - i dare to say- in the whole world. The reason for this is simple; it draws from the founder's 45-year experience as a Martial Artist with at least 1 Dan black belt degree in 18 different systems and 10 Dan degree black belt in 4 different systems. It also draws from his experience as an MMA fighter, Army Special Forces trainer, bodyguard and finally his research in inmate fighting in prisons.
Customized lesson
As i said, the second advantage that makes this experience so special is the fact that we work with you to make it as customized as possible. Before we start our training you will have the opportunity to help formulate the contents of the class to fit your own style and your own personal learning goals at the end of the class.
