We'll meet outside the Post Office where we'll get to know each other and then we'll walk on a short section of the town walls and then we'll enjoy the spectacle of this magnificent UNESCO world heritage site building where you'll learn the historical background.
I'll have the tickets and then we'll go in and explore it. We'll wander around the defensive structures and learn what life was like living in such a castle. We'll climb up a tower and walk along the wall walks. (Those not wanting to do this will be advised where they can rejoin the tour).
After about an hour in the castle we'll walk through the old walled town past the interesting churchyard and down to the quayside to see the oldest building in Conwy and the Smallest House in Great Britain.
The tour ends outside the fascinating Plas Mawr - one of the finest Elizabethan town houses in Britain.
Your tour includes entry to this and the audio commentary. Allow at least another hour for this visit.
