Kasbat Souss (which can also be written as Kasbah Souss) may not look like much from the outside but inside it's an entirely different story. It is a very vibrant artisanal souk and the top one in all of Agadir and Morocco. There are about fifty stores that have some great souvenirs to take back with you. Accessing Kasbat Souss from the tourist area of Agadir takes just 10 minutes. The village itself is located in Bensergao, on the left-hand side before reaching the Royal Palace and Marjane department store. Most artisans there will welcome visitors warmly.
