Overview

The coastal areas Repulse Bay and Deepwater Bay are both picturesque and lead you to Aberdeen.Once a quiet fishing village, it is now a neighbourhood full of activity where modern skyscrapers shadow old traditional Junks. The first typhoon shelter in Hong Kong is located here, as well as the world's largest floating restaurants.
Here you can take an optional ride on a sampan (water taxi) at your own expense. See fine art at its best as you visit a local jewelery workshop.
Stanley Market is in the charming old village of Stanley on Hong Kong Island and is very well known the enormous variety of products sold here at incredibly reasonable prices.
Drive up to the famous Victoria Peak (554metres above sea-level) to take in the mesmerising panoramic view of the city, Victoria Harbour, Kowloon Peninsula and beyond (weather permitting).
On the way down you travel on the city's historic, funicular railway to the Lower Peak Tram Terminus, passing the skyscrapers as you wind down.
