On our way from Nazareth to the coast, we pass by Mount Precipice, where Jesus survived an attempt to throw him off the cliff. We’ll stop for a short break to appreciate the view, and then carry on to Tzippori (Sepphoris), where we’ll visit a local organic olive press. Olive oil has been the local industry for the last few thousand years: we’ll learn about the process and taste some of the best varieties.
