With a background in the fashion industry, Marielle first came to the city for her fashion career. But it was love that kept her in Italy and it was her husband Luca who made her appreciate the country's incredible food. Infinitely curious about food, Luca delights in using heritage ingredients and old cooking techniques (mostly his grandmother's) wherever possible. His fresh handmade pastas use the highest quality traditional grains and flours, and his meals feature the best quality seasonal ingredients they find. Marielle and Luca are so passionate about food they decided to create their own home restaurant to serve travelers and guests the Italian food that they love so deeply.
