Hiking, Yoga and Forest Bathing in Brighton - Southdowns Way

(4 Reviews )

Duration

clock5 hours

Overview

Lose yourself in fields full of wildflowers and hidden meadows and enjoy a yoga and forest bathing experience in one of Brighton's most impressive nature reserves. Castle Hill is part of the South Down National Park, with free-grazing sheep, cows, many butterflies and a forest. The bottoms of the valleys feel entirely isolated, and there are brilliant views of the sea and rolling hills from up high.

    Yoga in nature
The yoga class is very beginner-friendly. We will stretch out the body and oil the joints.

    Weather
The event is fine even with a bit of summer rain, but we have to cancel it in case of wind and rain warnings or thunderstorms. You will have the option to rebook or to get a full refund if the event is cancelled.

    Choose a date
The Hiking and Yoga trip to Castle Hill is happening every month. You can select the date during the booking process! Choose a date and come along!
