This is a hula hoop lesson. This is geared toward beginners. Basic hooping will be taught and practiced to fun music. Off the body tricks will be taught one by one and lots of practice learning these. We will review what we learned and attempt to flow from one trick to another trick. We will end with tossing the hoops in the air and catching in this big open space. We will have fun laughing and playing with the hoops while getting a wonderful workout.
