• Entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women

• Please note, the duration of the Como Lake cruise may vary depending on the season. Clients will experience a 2-hours cruise during Summer season (April - October), and a 50 min cruise during Winter season (November - March).
• Please be advised that in the case of events beyond our control, we may need to adjust our itinerary to ensure the safety, quality, and satisfaction of your travel experience.
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Please note that on Sundays, our day trip takes you to Varenna instead of Lugano. Lugano's shops and restaurants are typically closed on Sundays, so this change to our itinerary ensures you enjoy an equally delightful experience
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
