Duration

clock18 hours

Overview

The Negev Desert to the lowest point on earth - the legendary Dead Sea. Take the chance to smother yourself in its mud - it’s said to have therapeutic powers - before ‘floating’ in its mineral-packed waters. Next it’s Jerusalem itself, with a stop at the Mount of Olives to snap the breathtaking views before diving into your guided tour. See the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, built where Christ was crucified and buried. Check out the Wailing Wall and Dome of the Rock. You will then have Lunch at one of the local restaurants followed by some free time for souvenir shopping. Then, Follow in the footsteps of Christ along the Via Dolorosa, - it’s where he walked, carrying his cross. And if time allows, see the haunting Garden of Gethsemane. You’ll then travel through the atmospheric Armenian and Jewish Quarter to see the Last Supper Room at Mount Zion before heading back.
