    Meet home-chef Jithya, born and brought up in Kerala and living in Kolkata since the past 17 years. Join her for an authentic cooking and dining experience where you will get to learn and taste a little of the Kerala cuisine and also know more about the culture in Kolkata.

    In the cooking class you will learn to cook Fish Pollichath which is a fish wrapped in fresh banana leaf, coated with a home style marinade and steamed. You will also learn to make Thoran which is a coconut-based vegetable dish commonly cooked in Kerala along with some other dishes. Following this, you can sit back, relax and enjoy a scrumptious meal experience with Jithya and her family. The entire experience will last for about 3-4 hours.

    Please note: This is not a professional cooking class but an opportunity to learn the tips and tricks of Indian cooking and dine with a local family.
