Key West Stand Up Paddleboard Rental with Included Lesson

Overview

. Experience the tranquil, unruffled waters between Stock Island and Key West for 2 hours with a standup paddleboard rental. Traverse above sea grass and through mangrove passages as you search for fish, birds, sharks, rays, and manatees. This is an ideal activity for individuals of all skill levels. Receive a quick instruction before your 2-hour rental commences.

• A brief instruction in paddleboarding, including obtaining the necessary equipment such as a board, paddle and life vest, with free parking provided.

What To Expect

Upon check in, the operator will go over a map of the area and provide advice on the best spots to paddle. Before entering the water, there will be a brief land-based tutorial. If you have opted for a 2 hour rental, you can immediately set off to explore nearby mangrove creeks and sea grass beds - as these waters are clear, marine wildlife is often visible beneath them. Alternatively, if you have chosen a lesson plus rental package, start with a 1 hour paddleboarding lesson before embarking on your own exploration during your remaining 1 hour rental.

At the operator's booth you can purchase water, dry bags, hats and sunscreen. Additionally there is an onsite restaurant, bar and restroom.

This experience is suitable for paddlers of all abilities; families and dogs are welcome too!

• We will be sanitizing our equipment after each use. Tours are outdoors with ample space and customers will be able to be socially distant.
