Each community has its cuisine that is unique. The best way to learn more about the culture in Mumbai as well as enjoy an authentic cuisine would be through a local.

    Meet home chef Garima, a local in Mumbai but born and brought up in Rajasthan. She loves to cook dishes that showcase her communities culture to the world. Join her for a cooking and dining session where you will get to learn and taste some amazing dishes from Rajasthan. Some of the dishes may include Dal Baati (wheat dough balls served with lentil curry), Gatte ki Kadhi (Gattas are gram flour dumplings dipped in yogurt gravy), Papad ki Churri (dish of popadoms, onions and tomatoes). The entire experience will last for about 3-4 hours. PS: This is not a professional cooking class but an opportunity to interact with a local & learn about Indian food.
