    Let's make radish Kimchi

    I will introduce a good and simple recipe for radish Kimchi for your local radish.

    Among the programs, I will introduce the characteristics of radish and how to make kimchi with appropriate sauce.

    Cubed radish kimchi(Kkakdugi) is delicious only after a few days(4-5days) of aging.

    I will provide guest(s) the proper size of container for Kkakdugi to put into your luggage bag or trunk.

    After we finish making kakdugi, we will make kimchi fried rice together and enjoy it with Korean bean sprout soup.

    During the program, I will also provide guest(s) with information about Busan's dialect and travel.
