Hear about the history of the market as you stop at a few stalls to sample food - you'll sample oysters from the UK's top oystermen; pastries from a respected local bakery; handmade pork pies from a famous local butcher; cheeses from a local cheesemonger; chocolates from a well-known cacao importer; and of course, wash it all down with a pint of real ale in a British pub.
