At Italian Food Lab you will learn how to prepare authentic Tagliatelle Bolognese and you will have an entertaining experience in a top location in Padova city centre with chef Francesco from Italian Food Lab. You will start chopping carrots, celery and onions for the Bolognese sauce, next you will scramble eggs in the flour and kneading the dough. Later you will stretch and cut the pasta, hang it somewhere to dry and get ready to eat. We will sit at the table to enjoy good food and wine together.
