What To Expect

Departing from Agadir at 07:20 by road to Marrakech, we traverse the High Atlas Mountains and the Haouz Plain before arriving in Marrakech- the magical, red city of a thousand and one nights. Upon our arrival at 10:30, we are set to explore its historical monuments such as the Koutoubia Gardens and Bahia Palace. We then proceed with a guided walk through the bustling Medina Souk- replete with crafts, decorations, artworks, and clothing. After that, lunch is usually served in an authentically decorated Riad (menu from 10 euros). Optional free time may be taken prior to lunch. Afterwards we explore Jamaa el Fana (Unesco World Heritage Site), which teems with commercial activities and entertainment; it is also where locals congregate during the evening hours. We meet again for departure at 5:00 PM before returning to our hotel around 8:00 PM having traveled 500 km.
