Some of the best primeval beech forests in Japan are located in Mount Daisen. The spring water from these beech forests creates some fascinating sources of water.
Beginner course suitable for 4 years and over, advanced course suitable for 11 years and over, we use different locations and sources of water depending on the level of course.
The beginner course is suitable for all levels as it is conducted mainly in the shallow waters of about 20-50cm in depth and can easily move onto land. The advanced course is a more challenging itinerary where participants can dive into the basins of the waterfall near the finish line and the course is mainly in the depths of 80-100cm.
