Overview

    The mountain olive grove and its main product is central to the conservation of environments such as the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. It is not just an exceptional product, it is a whole culture and know-how that has allowed the natural paradise that the pinsapar and the dry and green gorges have been preserved over the centuries, a Biosphere Reserve declared by UNESCO in 1981.
    Our oil production is small, artisanal and based on the exclusive varieties present in the area such as Manzanilla de Zahara and Lechín.
    It is raw oil, extra virgin, also flavored and seeking quality as a differential element.
    During the visit we will be able to know how we make it and how we pamper the final result to be able to enjoy it as a gourmet product.
