    Combine Lucerne’s landmark mountain railway with a train ride to the Lake Lucerne region. Depart from the main station in Lucerne to begin your self-guided Silver round trip package. After your 20-minute train ride enjoy a spectacular ride on the world’s steepest cogwheel railway to Mount Pilatus where panoramic views at 7,000 feet (2,132-meters) over Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps await you. Delight in an exhilarating 5-minute ride on the new aerial cableway “Dragon Ride” down to Fräkmüntegg. Afterward take the panoramic gondola descent to the Valley Station Kriens. A 5-minute walk and a 10-minute bus ride returns you to Lucerne. Ascents begin at 8:30am (from Kriens valley station).
